Any Body Can Dance (ABCD) is an inclusive community dance program created by By Your Side Dance Studio to expand access to movement, music, and connection for people of all ages and abilities- especially seniors, youth, and participants who have felt excluded from traditional dance spaces. ABCD offers low-cost and scholarship-supported classes, workshops, and community events that build confidence, improve mobility, reduce isolation, and strengthen social connection. Programming is designed with dignity and accessibility in mind, including beginner-friendly pacing, adaptive options, and welcoming instruction. ABCD partners with local organizations, schools, and senior communities to bring dance education directly to participants and to create joyful, relationship-centered experiences that support wellness and belonging.
